Soche x Soho House Stockholm
Four evenings in October
Conversations on the female body, cycles, hormones and community, with researchers, founders and practitioners, and live music in the room. Hosted by Naureen Nayyar, with session co-creation by Ina Schuppe Koistinen.
All sessions run at Soho House Stockholm.
The start of the series. We explore how to better understand and support our health as women, together. Naureen Nayyar hosts a conversation that brings together women's health, art, music, culture and community, with women's health experts and live music, opening space for shared experience and a more grounded understanding of our health.
Hosted by Naureen Nayyar, with women's health experts and live music.
An interactive session on how pregnancy and changes across the menstrual cycle shape our nutritional and movement needs. Latifa Lindberg leads a conversation on managing stress and nutrition, alongside evidence-based yoga practices for everyday needs. The evening begins with a mood setting by Laurene Coral.
With Latifa Lindberg (nutritionist, developmental leadership facilitator, MediYoga certified) and Laurene Coral (founder, Voyage Interieur).
What becomes possible when women's health is approached as a whole? We explore the female body as a dynamic, interconnected ecosystem in a conversation on women's health, the body and sexual wellbeing. This session is part of the series held in honour of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
With Ina Schuppe Koistinen (author, artist, women's health investor, microbiome researcher at Karolinska Institutet) and Andrea Leijon (founder, My Temple), joining Naureen Nayyar.
The fourth part of the series. How can members and attendees support and collaborate on the future of women's health in Stockholm and beyond? Female health founders, investors, researchers and practitioners share lightning talks, scientific insights and new perspectives, with open conversation alongside sound and music practitioners.
Hosted by Naureen Nayyar, with female health founders, investors, researchers and practitioners.
Women's health is still treated as a collection of isolated problems, and most events about it happen in corporate settings where researchers, consumers and investors stay in separate rooms. These evenings bring them into one intimate, salon-style space with curious women and men, with art and music in the mix.
Digital health tools give women data. They do not give them each other. The most durable health behaviour change comes through shared knowledge, shared experience and belonging.
